Step 1: Download and configure a news client

Once you’ve received your login credentials and your account has been activated, you need to download and configure a news client to access the Cheapnews platform. Try one of the following news clients: > Newsbin Pro | download > Grabit | download > Newsleecher | download When installing the news client, you’ll need to specify which server it should connect to. Use one of these configurations:
Package Server Address
Trial account block.cheapnews.eu
Block account block.cheapnews.eu
Flatee account news.cheapnews.eu
The second step during installation is to indicate that it’s a secure/paid account. Enter your username and password. After requesting a free trial account or a paid block or flatfee account, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login credentials. Enter the username and password exactly as provided in the welcome email. Note that both are case-sensitive!

Step 2: Newsgroups

Want to search for newsgroups and more? You can! With the clients mentioned above, you can browse through various newsgroups. Once your news client is installed and configured, you can explore your favorite newsgroups.

Step 3: Download and extract

Once something is downloaded, it needs to be extracted. The latest generation of news clients supports this functionality. If you’re using an older version, you can extract the files with WinRAR or WinZip.
